• Client Engagement: Support and promote development goals in the Caribbean through knowledge sharing, technical collaboration and outreach to regional authorities to increase awareness of development opportunities within CAWI institutions.

• Career Development and Talent Management: Serve as a resource group that collaborates with Human Resources and operational teams to attract, retain and grow a highly talented pool that will enhance the quality and impact of international development work.

• Social, Cultural and Community Engagement: Proactive outreach to communities of interest and collaboration with key stakeholders to build awareness of Caribbean issues in order to inform the work of respective CAWI institutions.
